Job Description
Planned Parenthood of Greater New York is seeking a Patient Care Associate to join our Clinical Services team for a full-time 37.5 hour work week. This position will be based at our Schenectady, NY health center. The Patient Care Associate will be responsible for patient intake, obtaining complete medical history, providing education, and performing laboratory tests as ordered.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Demonstrated commitment to PPGNY's mission related to bodily autonomy, health equity, and gender and racial justice
- Experience with Electronic Health Records
- Superior customer service and teamwork skills
