Job Description
The Senior Budget Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining budget templates, working with Health Center Leadership on the completion and review of the Health Center budgets, performing monthly review of the department/ location P&L’s for accuracy, in collaboration with HC leadership and other finance staff, and performing analytical analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with progressive experience in budgeting, financial planning or healthcare finance, preferably within a nonprofit or public-sector healthcare organization.
- Ability to work Hybrid at either a NYC location or Schenectady, NY.
- CPA, CMA, MBA or MPA strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience supporting grant-heavy or government funded healthcare organizations.
