CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) (VP)

The Chief Financial Officer oversees PPNNE's financial systems to promote financial health and ensure exceptional external and internal customer service. The CFO is a leader in the creation, testing and development of new business models to advance PPNNE's mission, increase revenue and control costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
• 10 years experience managing high-level financial systems
• 5 years of demonstrated leadership and CFO/senior leadership experience
• Non-profit experience preferred
• Experience in health care strongly preferred
• Strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability and a strong operational focus
• Well-organized and self-directed leader who works well in a high-functioning Executive Team
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization
• Excellent negotiation skills with experience in an unionized environment, contract and lease negotiations and management
