Remote Care Team Advanced Practice Clinician

Remote Care Team Advanced Practice Clinician provides exceptional patient-centered care, assesses patient's health status, and prescribes appropriate contraceptive methods. The role requires a Master's degree, completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program, and eligibility for state and DEA licensing. The candidate must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and have flexibility, initiative, creative thinking, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Master's degree and completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Eligibility for state and DEA licensing as an Advanced Practice Clinician in Vermont, Maine, and New Hampshire
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Commitment to a team orientation and willingness to participate in constant and ongoing feedback with colleagues
