Surgical Abortion Provider (MD, DO, NP, PA, CNM)

Provision of high quality, safe, efficient, equitable, evidence-based, patient-centered clinical services at PPNNE with a focus on the provision of surgical abortion care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physician (MD, DO) or Advanced Practice Clinician (NP, PA, CNM)
• Training in surgical abortion skills and experience in sexual and reproductive health
• Surgical abortion training and maintenance of skills to perform Dilation and Evacuation procedures in the outpatient setting to at least 18 weeks gestational age
• Experience working with people from diverse racial, ethnic, linguistic, socioeconomic, and cultural communities
• Broad-based clinical knowledge and skills in sexual and reproductive health care and related fields
