Job Description
We are looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife to Lead our Coachella Health Center Clinician Team. This role is a Lead Clinician role, with management responsibilities, bringing passion for reproductive healthcare to life by leading other providers and providing high-quality exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, and counseling.
Requirements
- Hold an active California license as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife.
- Have at least 1 year of healthcare experience as NP, CNM, or PA.
- Have previous leadership experience.
- Are eager to work in an environment that supports the agency’s commitment to equity and belonging.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Demonstrate compassion in providing patient care and supporting staff.
- Are willing to jump in to help with coverage if need be.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (highly preferred).
