Quantum Software Engineer - Fullstack

At planqc, we are building scalable quantum computers based on neutral atoms and need a Quantum Software Engineer – Fullstack to develop software that enables researchers and industry partners to interact with our quantum computing systems.

Requirements

• Develop new features and tests for platform software components using Python (backend) and React (frontend)
• Contribute to the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software supporting planqc’s quantum computing systems
• Implement and maintain backend APIs and frontend components to support scalable and user-friendly applications
• Support the integration of platform services into planqc’s broader software stack, ensuring stable and efficient system operation
• Follow modern software engineering practices including version control, code reviews, automated testing, and documentation
• Document software components and features consistently during development
• Collaborate closely with team members and share knowledge across the engineering organization
• Continuously expand your understanding of new technologies and the fundamentals of quantum computing systems
