Manufacturing Engineer Injection Molding

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Injection Molding to join our Manufacturing Engineering team. This role is critical in ensuring robust injection molding processes and tooling that meet customer expectations and align with Plasman’s standards and objectives.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of plastic materials and rheology studies
• Competence in tool design, process settings, and robot programming
• Familiarity with QM techniques (e.g., PFMEA), A3 problem-solving, Ishikawa diagrams
• Lean methodology expertise
• Positive attitude, open-minded approach, and strong communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability and team management skills
• Strong planning and deadline management
• Experience with project management tools
