Requirements
- 10+ years of logistics or supply chain experience
- Experience shipping biological or temperature-sensitive materials within biotech, life sciences, or healthcare logistics
- Strong understanding of customs, import/export regulations, and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated success building scalable, data-driven logistics systems
- Proficiency in data analysis and logistics reporting tools
- Team leadership experience
- Experience with cross-functional teams
