Job Description

As a key member of the Process Performance Team, you will support project launches, validate new assembly equipment, and contribute to the plant's operational excellence.
Requirements
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong technical drawing reading and interpretation skills
- Solid understanding of mechanics, pneumatics, and basic control systems
- Problem-solving skills using tools like 5Why, Ishikawa, QRQC, or PDCA
- Leadership and good communication skills
- Ability to interact with suppliers, engineers, and production team
- Fluency in English, French, and Arabic
