Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Tooling Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in injection molding, tooling, or injection equipment engineering
- Strong hands-on shop floor experience
- Capable of reading and understanding rheology studies (Moldflow, simulations)
- Experience with equipment installation, cell design, and robotic integration is a major plus
- Solid project management and problem-solving skills
