Job Description
Join OPmobility as a Paint Process Engineer and contribute to shaping the next generation of mobility. Lead paint development activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure paint process stability for product and process quality, repeatability, and consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in paint, coatings, chemistry, or process engineering within the automotive industry
- Prior involvement in project organization or cross-functional project leadership
- Strong knowledge of liquid paint application processes for Class A automotive surfaces
- Ability to measure and evaluate color, surface structure, and paint defects
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take full responsibility for paint development results
- Strong communication, analytical, and collaborative capabilities
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and OEM customers
- English required; additional languages are a plus
