Job Description
Join OPmobility as a Project Technical Lead to shape the next generation of mobility and lead cross-functional engineering teams to develop automotive lighting systems.
Requirements
- Masterâs degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) or several years of experience in designing automotive components
- 5+ years of experience in lamp/system design (mechanical, optical, or electronic), ideally within the automotive industry
- Proven leadership or project management experience, including coordinating cross-functional engineering teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to present to large audiences and manage daily customer interactions
- Strong cost awareness, structured work organization, and a self-driven, autonomous mindset; willingness to travel to company sites, customers, and suppliers
- Solid understanding of engineering processes, risk and change management, and ability to drive strategic and technical decisions
