Requirements

• Completed Master's degree in the field of business economics, finance & control or similar
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in a complex industrial or Technical center environment
• Experience with various grant processes and financial reporting
• International automotive exposure
• SAP know-how – HFM – POWER BI
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and common applications used in office
• Ability to maintain working relationships with internal and external customers
• Ability to collect, maintain and analyze data
• Ability to work with strict deadlines & large autonomy
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Leadership
• Adaptability and learning skills
• Analytical and structured
• Takes initiative, has an independent working style and is decisive
