Job Description
Join OPmobility as a Site Junior HR Generalist and contribute to the implementation and development of modern HR systems and processes. Support managers and employees on HR-related matters and maintain HR systems. Drive employer branding and HR marketing initiatives. Contribute to HR projects and optimize HR processes.
Requirements
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Recruitment, onboarding, development, administration, and offboarding of employees
- Implementation and development of modern HR systems and processes
- Supporting employer branding and HR marketing initiatives
- Maintaining and administering HR systems
- Supporting personnel development activities and HR controlling processes
- Assisting in managing interns and working students
