Requirements

• Leadership and team management skills
• Engineering, Bachelor's degree or related field
• Conversational English
• More than 8 years of experience in the automotive industry as a plant director
• More than 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership in a broader manufacturing environment
• A great knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (English)
• Change agent with great credibility and influence within the organization
• Familiarity with SAP, MRP, ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 systems
• Direct relationship with customers (Ford, GM, Chrysler, VW, Mercedes, Tesla, Rivian, etc.)
