Corporate Counsel

Platform Science is hiring a Corporate Counsel as a junior, highly execution-oriented role to support the Company’s core commercial and revenue-generating activities. The role involves day-to-day transactional legal support, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements related to sales, third-party marketplace offerings, suppliers, and related business operations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Three to five (3–5) years of legal experience, preferably a mix of law firm and in-house experience at a technology or SaaS company
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise sales contracts, professional services agreements, software licensing, and vendor contracts
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes and working from standard templates and playbooks
• Strong drafting and issue-spotting skills, with the ability to handle repetitive and detail-oriented work efficiently
