Job Description
Platform Science is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join their Core Product Development team in Leuven, Belgium. This role involves full-stack development, integrating with other software products, and enhancing the overall platform, with a focus on EU development. The position offers a collaborative environment and requires coordination with various teams.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of total experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency with the Node.js ecosystem (including ExpressJS).
- Strong experience in modern front-end development with React (including Redux).
- Experience with NoSQL Databases like MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis/Memcached.
- Experience with AWS Services (AWS SDK, S3, Lambda, EC2, EKS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform).
- Experience with FFmpeg (fluent-ffmpeg) for video transcoding and processing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
