Job Description
Provide high quality personal care and service to residents as directed by the Administrator. Administer medications, direct resident care, and contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- CBRF medication administration training
- Previous caregiving experience in a CBRF or RCAC setting
- Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team oriented
- Understanding of and commitment to HIPAA and confidentiality protocols
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
