Requirements
- Proven experience as a periodontal or specialty dental assistant
- Leadership skills to train other DAs and oversee perio setup consistency
- Strong knowledge of periodontal instruments, surgical procedures, and sterilization protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage inventory across multiple locations
- Strong communication skills with patients, teams, and office leadership
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations
