Customer Care Representative

As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide outstanding service and support to our customers, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer concerns. Your role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention within the pest control industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred)
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the pest control or home services industry
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using customer management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
• Bilingual skills (a plus but not required)
