We are looking for talented, experienced, motivated and proactive people who see challenges as opportunities to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. As a waiter, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our clients, ensuring a professional and high-quality experience.

Requirements

• Assisting in food preparation, following recipes and established standards.
• Setting up food service stations and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
• Serving prepared food products to clients, ensuring proper control and presentation of portions.
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients and allergen information to answer client inquiries accurately.
• Ensuring food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times, including proper handling, storage and disposal of food.
• Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude towards clients and team members.
• Performing basic kitchen tasks, such as cleaning utensils, equipment and work surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors.
• Assisting with inventory control and replenishing food and supplies as needed.
• Meeting all company policies, procedures and regulatory standards related to food service operations.
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve skills and knowledge and taking advantage of training opportunities when available.
• Completing tasks or responsibilities assigned.
