We are looking for a talented Director of Sales and Commercial Development to join our team. As Director, you will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the distribution and movement of our products and services to customers, setting up sales territories, quotas and objectives, and implementing training programs for sales representatives.

Requirements

• Develop strategies to achieve the company's sales objectives and expand our customer base
• Establish sales objectives by predicting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design, develop and implement integrated sales and marketing plans
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors and market conditions
• Implement customer participation strategies and monitor customer satisfaction
• Recruit, train and advise sales representatives
• Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned
