Hostess

We are seeking a Hostess to join our team to welcome guests, seat them, and ensure the quality of facilities and service. This is an entry-level position with a focus on excellent customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the dining area.

Requirements

• Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome and valued
• Seating guests at tables or in lounges efficiently and courteously
• Making reservations by phone and managing the reservation book
• Maintaining an accurate waiting list and ensuring guests are seated promptly
• Assisting in maintaining overall cleanliness and appearance of the dining area and entrance
• Collaborating closely with servers and other staff to address guest needs and resolve any issues
• Communicating effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met
