We are seeking an experienced Cage Manager to oversee financial transactions within our gaming facility, managing cash handling, credit operations, and customer financial services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of financial management or cage operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements specific to the gaming industry
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
