Stage HR

At Van der Valk Plaza Resort Bonaire, you'll have the opportunity to apply your HR education in practice on a unique tropical location. Our resort is growing rapidly and professionalizing its internal organization. That's why we're looking for an enthusiastic and eager HR Intern Shared Services. During your internship, you'll be part of our HR team and have the space to develop yourself within a professional organization. After all, that's what an internship is all about! Learning, growing, and gaining experience in practice.

Requirements

• Support the HR team with daily tasks
• Learn step by step how HR processes work within an organization with over 350 employees
• Support with personnel administration, contracts, mutations, and files
• Working on answering HR questions from employees
• Registering and keeping employee data in AFAS
• Supporting with checking worked hours, overtime, and leave registrations
• Working on HR correspondence and administrative processing
• Supporting with pending files (short- and long-term absenteeism)
