We are looking for a Director of Talent to build out our talent acquisition efforts during a period of rapid growth. This role will own recruiting strategy and execution, build and support a growing recruiting team, and strengthen the processes and tools that enable efficient, high-quality hiring across the company.
Requirements
- 8+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated leadership of hiring and leading a team.
- Experience at a fast-growing tech company (ideally 100-->500 employees); you understand the difference between building what a company needs now versus over-engineering for a future state that may never arrive
- Proven talent leadership experience in a hypergrowth company
- Proven ability to operate as a player–coach in a growing organization.
- Experience improving or scaling recruiting processes and systems.
- Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders.
- Practical, resourceful approach with a bias toward action. Automation-first, AI-enabled recruiting mindset, with experience applying modern tools to improve efficiency and scale.
