Join our growing team as an early Technical Implementation Specialist team member and help shape best practices for customer implementation, support, retention, loyalty, and expansion in close partnership with our Head of Technical Customer Success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or a related field
- Direct experience in customer-facing roles or managing customer relationships
- Ability to explain complex technical problems in concise communication targeted to audience
- Proficient in SQL
- Experience in working with APIs and/or FHIR integrations (JSON, HL7, XML, etc.)
- Experience with markup languages like YAML, JSON, or XML
- BA/BS degree preferred
