Senior Staff Engineer

Plenti is a fintech lender that provides faster, fairer loans by leveraging its smart technology. As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for owning and articulating the long-term technical vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for a critical and complex domain.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven track record of becoming a recognised expert in a complex software domain
• Demonstrated experience in leading the architecture and rewrite of complex, business-critical systems
• Mastery of full-stack development in.NET (C#) and proficiency in modern front-end technologies (e.g., React)
• Deep, authoritative knowledge of event-driven architectures, microservices, and domain-driven design principles
• Exceptional and deep domain knowledge in a relevant business area
• Proven ability to mentor other senior engineers effectively and influence technical direction through expertise
• Strong understanding of database management (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
