Job Description
PLEXSYS UK Ltd is seeking a talented and dynamic Systems Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in Defence Modelling and Simulation and a strong understanding of IT systems and architecture. The role offers great breadth and opportunity to grow with the mentorship and support of colleagues.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Simulation, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Computing or Mathematics
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical role within Defence modelling and simulation
- Strong knowledge of computer architectures and network design
- Ability to act as System Design Authority for applicable projects
- Familiarity with simulation and synthetic environment interoperability
- Personal qualities to act in a customer facing role
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience in Export Compliance and the UK Defence procurement processes
- Ability to travel across the UK and overseas
- Hold a UK Security Clearance of Secret or above
