Manager Test Engineering

Responsible for providing overall leadership and technical direction on test and inspection equipment and supporting test processes, with key job accountabilities including developing and driving major improvement programs, interfacing with customers, and managing process and test performance.

Requirements

• Develop and drive major improvement programs in quality, output, yield, and cost reduction
• Interface with customers and strategic Customer Teams to understand and meet customer needs
• Manage process and test performance and drive improvement throughout the facility
• Support the development of test and inspection strategies, failure analysis, and customer requested DFT analysis
• Exemplify and hold team accountable to demonstrating Plexus Core Values
