Production Lead 2nd Shift

Plexus is seeking a Production Lead 2nd Shift to supervise and manage daily business needs, including direction and leadership, quality, cross training, skill development, and time off approvals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma, two years of related experience, and basic decision making and problem solving skills.

Requirements

• A minimum of a High School diploma is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Two (2) years of related experience is required; Two (2) or more years of related experience is preferred.
• Basic decision making and problem solving skills.
• Basic supervision and team building skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Basic data analysis and presentation skills.
• General office equipment and materials.
