Plexus is seeking a Production Lead Assistant to assist the Production Lead in supervising and managing daily production needs of the manufacturing focused factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning work assignments, ensuring quality products, and communicating daily schedules and goals to employees. Additionally, they will support and lead improvement initiatives to improve work environment and efficiency.
