Sr. Quality Engineer

Plexus is seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer to ensure products comply with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will lead creation and maintenance of Master Validation Plans, support external customer audits, and provide technical training to regional and site management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 or more years of related experience
• Ability to work well in fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and solve problems proactively
• Ability to design and conduct experiments and analyze data
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide technical training
• Physical ability to work in a manufacturing environment with required personal protective equipment
