Test Technician (2nd Shift)

Plexus is seeking a Test Technician to join their team in Neenah, WI. The successful candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment. The role requires a basic understanding of equipment, process control, safety, and risk awareness. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree and 1 or more years of related experience.

Requirements

• Executes Manufacturing solutions to ensure high-quality, cost-appropriate, and customer-satisfying results.
• Utilizes tools to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation.
• Demonstrates a basic understanding of Plexus Manufacturing processes and Product Requirements & Specifications.
• Executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and provides support to direct production line operators.
