Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Managers are responsible for providing leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets all operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies and procedures. The role assists the Store Manager in the store's day-to-day operations and directs team members in their absence.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
• Ability, willingness, and confidence to engage with customers
• Ability to develop positive relationships with customers
• Strong desire to exceed company initiatives and inspire excellence in a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
