The Assistant Store Manager provides leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets all operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies and procedures. They are responsible for performing all duties of a Customer Service Representative and assisting the Store Manager in the store's day-to-day operations.
