Assistant Store Manager

Provide leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
• Ability, willingness, and confidence to engage with customers
• Ability to develop positive relationships with customers
• Strong desire to exceed company initiatives and inspire excellence in a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be honest and have integrity
• Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
