Provide leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets all operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies and procedures. Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and direct team members in the absence of the Store Manager.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
- Ability to engage with customers, develop positive relationships, and exceed company initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, high-energy, collaborative management experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor, honesty, and integrity
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
