Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Managers provide leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets all operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies and procedures. They assist the Store Manager in the store's day-to-day operations and direct the activities of all team members in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
• Ability to engage with customers
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
