Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager at PLS, you will provide leadership to ensure outstanding customer service, meet operating objectives and financial goals, and follow company policies and procedures. You will assist the Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals and objectives, and in their absence, direct the activities of all team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
- Ability to develop positive relationships with customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High-energy, collaborative management experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- English fluency is required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
