The Assistant Store Manager provides leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets all operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in the store's day-to-day operations and is responsible for directing the activities of all team members in the absence of the Store Manager.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
- Ability to engage with customers and develop positive relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High-energy, collaborative management experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- English fluency is required (English/Spanish bilingual is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
