Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Managers provide leadership to ensure stores deliver outstanding customer service, meet operating objectives and financial goals, and follow company policies and procedures. They assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and direct team members in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
• Ability, willingness, and confidence to engage with customers
• Ability to develop positive relationships with customers
• Strong desire to exceed company initiatives and inspire excellence in a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be honest and have integrity
• Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
