Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Managers provide leadership to ensure outstanding customer service, meet operating objectives and financial goals, and follow company policies and procedures. They assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and direct team members in their absence.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
• Ability to engage with customers, develop positive relationships, and exceed company initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
