Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Managers are responsible for providing leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets all operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies and procedures. They assist the Store Manager in the store's day-to-day operations and direct the activities of all team members in their absence.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
• Ability to develop positive relationships with customers
• Strong desire to exceed company initiatives and inspire excellence in a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Honesty and integrity
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
