Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers. They are responsible for delivering superior customer service, educating customers on products and services, and maintaining company quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant
- Strong verbal communication
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- English fluency is required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
