We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on our products and services. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and be able to work flexible hours.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant
- Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
- Strong verbal communication
- English fluency is required
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance
- Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels
