Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact with our customers, delivering superior customer service, educating customers on our products and services, and maintaining company quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
• Strong verbal communication
• English fluency is required
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
