Customer Service Representatives are the primary point of contact with customers, responsible for delivering superior customer service and educating customers on company products and services.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
• Strong verbal communication
• English fluency is required
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance
