Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service, educate customers on our products and services, and maintain company quality standards. The CSR will be accountable for delivering superior customer service, ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and performing other duties as instructed by management.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
• Strong verbal communication
• Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be honest and have integrity
• Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
